Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Our EZ payment plan requires a down payment of 25% of the total purchase price, with the remaining three equal payments due monthly on the date of your choice.
What if I decide I'm not happy with the shear I purchased?
All H2 shears come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can also exchange them for a different model within the first 30 days after purchase.
What makes H2 shears a better choice than other brands?
All our shears are manufactured using high-quality steel and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. With over 35 years in the shear business, we believe we carry the most innovative shears in the industry at substantial savings over competitive brands.
Why don't you carry different colored shears?
Almost all Japanese-style shears today are designed with a convex cutting edge. Maintaining the factory-designed angle on the blade for optimal sharpness requires reconvexing after the first few sharpenings. This process removes much of the color from the blade, affecting the shear's aesthetics. Some sharpeners may sacrifice the blade's angle to preserve the color, resulting in a duller edge that needs more frequent servicing, degrading the life of your shear and increasing costs.
Does H2 Shears have a warranty?
Yes, as long as the shears are serviced by an H2 authorized sharpening and repair service, they are warranted for the life of the shear against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.
Why are your shears less expensive than other shears of a similar quality?
Unlike most other shear companies, we do not sell our shears to distributors, cutting out the "middle man" and selling directly to salon professionals. This saves you 20-40% compared to competitive brands of the same material and design.
Do you offer discounts if I purchase more than one shear?
Yes! Shears purchased as a set or multiple shears purchased at the same time save you an additional 10%.
Where do I get my shears sharpened or repaired?

Do you carry shears that fit stylists with very small fingers?
Yes! Our shear handles vary in size, and we have finger inserts to customize the handles to comfortably fit any finger size.
